Naciza Masikini
Insight, Influencing and System Change Lead
Naciza is a London-based strategist and social impact practitioner with more than a decade of experience working across strategy, international programmes, public policy, community development and systems change.
Her work has spanned the UK, Caribbean, North America, LATAM, SWANA, APAC and wider international contexts, working with communities, charities, governments, public bodies and cross-sector partnerships. She has focused on turning complex social challenges and evidence into practical strategies, programmes and approaches to influencing and institutional change.
Her experience cuts across youth and community development, gender and social inclusion, migration, technology and AI governance. She has designed and led multi-country programmes, developed policy and advocacy approaches, supported organisational strategy and governance, and worked with communities and institutions to strengthen how lived experience informs decision-making.
A consistent thread through her work is an interest in how power, evidence and lived experience shape decisions, institutions and social change. She is particularly interested in the gap between how systems are designed and how they are experienced in practice, and in creating approaches that bring a wider range of perspectives and forms of knowledge into decision-making.
She holds an MA in Gender and Law from SOAS University of London and a BA in Gender, Development and Policy from Western University.
