Growth Impact Fund Impact report 24-25

This 2024-25 impact report on Big Issue Invest and Unltd’s Growth Impact Fund (GIF) highlights how the fund has invested over £3.2 million into 13 social purpose organisations, with 62% of its portfolio companies new to investment and 100% are diverse-led, of which 88% have lived-experience. GIF has disbursed £277,000 in pre-investment grant funding and £55,000 in post-investment grants to help its portfolio grow sustainably. GIF aims to propel wider change, and building an inclusive investment ecosystem that accelerates funding to diverse-led, socially impactful organisations across the UK. In the last year, the GIF portfolio reached 87,000 people facing systemic inequities in the UK and has achieved a portfolio rating of 9.2/10 likelihood to recommend social investment. Explore
